A. Nubifer was formed in 2008 when IT thought leaders Chad Collins, Henry Chan, Robert Cruz and Pamela Estaville came together, forming Nubifer Cloud Computing. Nubifer was founded in order to offer their expertise in solving complex issues in enterprise IT environments. The core team had worked together in many successful projects in the past, and the union of the team to form Nubifer was an ideal way to achieve cloud technology offerings that help accelerate the on-demand and high availability of cloud computing for clients.

A. Nubifer’s Technology Consultants work ‘Time and Materials’ and operate under a ‘Blended Rate Card’. These blended rate cards fluctuate depending on the type of development work Nubifer is engaged in. There are times when it makes sense for Nubifer to lead the development of fixed bid projects and depending on scope and budget, Nubifer will under-take both types of projects.
